Before we purchased Shiner, we looked around at many different dogs and many different dog breeds prior settling on a Sheltie. They are very sweet and loyal dogs, who love to be around their people. I received Shiner as a gift for my 21st birthday. He has been nothing but a joy! 
He is also very smart and eager to learn. At 15 weeks he already knows more tricks than Penny, my Chihuahua.

One of Shiner's favorite places to visit is the duck pond by our house. He and Penny love to go there and play. They would love to run around and chase each other or watch the ducks for hours!
